SEW

Slow Stitch Club
Start date Friday 14th March, then meeting every fortnight
Fridays, 12–2pm

Slow stitching is a wonderfully creative and calming process, where you stitch intuitively and become experimental with stitching. It's a place to just enjoy the feel of stitching and explore the "what if?" There will be a group project to take part in, exploring local themes and aiming to produce wallhangings for exhibitions at the Nose,  and also individual projects for your personal enjoyment. We will look at different stitches and approaches as we go along.

Experienced stitchers please bring along your favourite needles, threads and scissors. Personal project packs will be £2. Needles available to purchase individually at cost. There will be some basic tools available to borrow. Ideally please bring some scissors or snips capable of cutting small pieces of fabric. Beginners are welcome, not suitable for under 12yrs old. Class led by Suzi.
