There are going to be loads of things going on including a parade to the Millennium Square, choirs, buskers, discos, Christmas tree decorating, mulled wine, mince pies, food stalls and face painting on the High Street and square, and most of the shops are open until late.

The Nose is trying out a street cinema outside the bookshop from dusk until 9pm, screening Christmas favourites.
