In this talk at Frinton Library, Nancy Stevenson will draw from her book 'Beach Hut People'. She will take us on a journey to discover a little more about the people who inhabit these ‘sheds by the sea’ and the pleasures of a day at the hut. She will share stories collected in beach huts in Frinton and Walton and tell us more about this friendly and welcoming community who have given her a sense of what it is to be a ‘beach-hutter’.  Copies of Beach Hut People will be for sale after the event.
