Local naturopath and gut health specialist Lucille Cowell  will be talking about how to optimise your gut health, followed by a tasting session with vegan natural chef Helene Anderson-Rosembert, who will be bringing along a range of probiotic-rich fermented food.

This is the first session in the series. The next is a Fermentation Workshop on Wednesday 29th July, 6pm-9pm, Price £30.
